Sleep is one of the activities that is important for health. Lack of quality sleep can affect health, mood, weight. Adequate sleep can help control appetite and weight. Sleep also helps prevent chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. Lack of sleep causes increased stress for a person such as getting angry, looking gloomy, and so on. Someone who is sleep deprived also looks older because the skin looks dull, wrinkles appear, has eye bags or panda eyes. 

        Most people consume 600 ml of water or a number of people 37%, below 300 ml with a number of people 14.8%. The best drink is water, because it does not contain calories, substances that are diuretic, or preservatives and dyes that are harmful to the body. Water maintains the body's fluid levels, so that the body does not experience disturbances in the function of digestion and absorption of food, circulation, kidneys, and is important in maintaining normal body temperature. Helps energize muscles and lubricate joints to keep them flexible. Lack of drinking water can cause a decrease in fluid intake or lack of consumption of water causes an increase in plasma concentration and a decrease in blood volume which is called dehydration.
